Remede Consulting Group, Inc. provides full service healthcare provider placement to medical facilities throughout the United States. We are dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs and offer comprehensive (7-day 24-hour) service. We put our client’s objectives above our own by first listening, then providing the highest quality candidates that not only meet the skill requirements but would be the best fit for the organization.
We understand that facilities are finding it more economical to staff with temporary, contingency or supplemental healthcare professionals to handle times of peak census. When needed, we respond by providing healthcare professionals to help improve our clients’ over all business results.
Single point of contact – Many agencies you go through multiple representatives for each specialty. We give you one personal consultant for all your specialty needs. This helps us develop a better working relationship with you, and helps you better utilize your time.
Understanding your need – Your consultant not only obtains a practice description for your coverage need, but your process preferences as well. “Easy to work with” equals timely results and solutions to your needs.
Pre-qualified candidate submissions – We only submit CV’s after we speak with the provider and ensure they are interested in pursuing your assignment. All of our providers are approved through our A++ rated malpractice carrier before we submit to your facility. Your time is valuable.
As we confirm providers who meet your criteria, we send their CV, a provider summary (which includes: licensure, malpractice claims, background information, etc.), along with our rates and the providers travel needs. At this point, you accept or decline the provider.
Privileging, licensure and travel assistance – Upon your acceptance, our privileging department assists providers in ensuring the documents are completed and submitted to your facility in a timely manner.
Online work logs and invoicing – Remede Consulting Group offers online work logs to simplify the process of entering and approving a provider’s hours. Your time, and the provider’s time, is valuable.
You will receive a weekly invoice throughout the duration of the assignment that includes an hourly rate for all hours worked, plus any expenses related to a provider’s travel, accommodations, per diem, call, etc. You agree to all of the fees associated with bringing a provider to your facility before making a decision.
Accessibility – Each person at Remede Consulting Group forwards calls to their mobile phone after hours so we can work together to quickly provide a solution to any unexpected situation.
All candidates complete a stringent screening process through personal interviews, competency assessments, and rigorous background reference checks. All applicants’ professional licenses and/or certificates are validated. Credentials are constantly monitored, updated, and validated according to Joint Commission and client requirements to ensure the delivery of safe, quality patient care.
